At Z-Man Fishing Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
